Step 1 Complaint Instruction

1. Complaint must include the following details:
  1.1 Complainant: Name–Last name, address (in case the complainant would like to reveal his/her identity) and/or the complainant’s email.
  1.2 Complained person: Name-Last name or position.
  1.3 Allegations and misconduct circumstances causing the complaint along with eyewitnesses who are aware of the incident, evidence or referred evidence consistent with the complaint.

2. In case the complainant does not want to disclose his/her identity name-last name and address, the details of the complaint must be clearly stated, or provided with sufficient evidences in order that the Corporate Inspections Department will be able to accept the complaint for consideration in accordance with this regulation.

3. The Company will not accept the complaint for the following reasons:
  3.1 Complaint that is unclear and does not provide sufficient evidences or circumstances of wrongdoing in order to conduct the fact investigation.
  3.2 Complaint that the Company has been considered or successfully decided, unless there is a new material evidence which may result in the Company’s decision variation.
  3.3 Complaint involving criminal case on the same issue which the court has recorded the case or sentenced, or the final judgment has been accorded, unless the case has been withdrawn or dismissed.
  3.4 Complaint regarding the deceased person or the person has no longer been an employee of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited or the case that has lapsed more than five years since the occurred date unless there must be any obvious evidences and such case is still under the presciption which could be claimed under Civil Law.

4. The Company will collect the complainant's personal information i.e. name–last name, address, telephone number and email of the complainant for communication in order to confirm complaint or to request additional information, for further proceeding or informing the result of consideration. The Company will use your information for the purposes mentioned above and will keep the information for the period of 10 years only. Your information will be strictly kept confidential.
